Every year, I make a ton of fermented hot sauce that we keep in the fridge and add spoonfuls to soups, stews, and sauces to add so much flavor.

The Red Flame Cayenne is an F1 variety from Johnny’s that is specifically bred for drying and making ristras. We field grow these and get tons of spicy red fruit before frost. We sell these as single plants in a 3.5” pot.

All our seedlings can be picked up at the farm the first 2 weeks of May. Pick up details will be sent via email in April.
