Sauce tomatoes get us through the winter here at the farm. We make sauce or freeze them and then we have fresh-tasting tomatoes all winter long.
San Marzano II is an heirloom sauce variety from Johnny’s. This is the quintessential old world sauce tomato - big and sweet fruits with low moisture. Fun fact, this seed variety was selected by Emily Rose Haga, a friend of Mo’s from Wisconsin.
Single plant in a 4” pot.

Spacing: 24”
Plants require cages or staking
Pick up and delivery:
Note: We do not ship plants.
Pick up (free): All our seedlings can be picked up at the the first weekend of May: at our farm in Ridgefield, or at a designated location in SE and NE PDX. Pick up details will be sent via email in April.
Delivery: For plant delivery the first 2 weeks of May, please select local delivery at check out. Cost of delivery varies based on distance from our farm.
