Amaranth is a showy and dramatic cut flower for use in fresh or dried arrangements. You can cut them many times and they will keep coming back, though the subsequent stems will be shorter each time. The plants get tall and are beautiful landscape plants in the back of a border.
Each 6-pack will have 2 seedlings of 3 different cascading Amaranth varieties: Green Cascade from Johnny’s (bright green), Love-lies-bleeding from Johnny’s (bright wine), and Coral Fountains from Geoseed (coral)

Spacing: 12-18”
Height: 3-4’
Pinch plants when they are 12” tall to encourage the plant produce multiple, smaller stems that are easier to use in floral design
Pick up and delivery:
Note: We do not ship plants.
Pick up (free): All our seedlings can be picked up at the the first weekend of May: at our farm in Ridgefield, or at a designated location in SE and NE PDX. Pick up details will be sent via email in April.
Delivery: For plant delivery the first 2 weeks of May, please select local delivery at check out. Cost of delivery varies based on distance from our farm.
