It's Nearly July and everything is FLOWERS!
Hello flower lovers,
Somehow, we are halfway through the year - how is time flying by so quickly?!
The combination of getting nearly an inch of rain the weekend of the solstice coupled with the heat we’ve had over the past few days has meant that the flowers have simply exploded! We are out harvesting every morning for 3 - 4 hours and we can’t get everything in. It’s awesome.
Farmstand
We are now opening the farmstand from Wednesday - Sunday from 9 am - 8 pm. This week, we will have bouquets, hanging baskets, some plants, and we may even have some veggies! You can get updates on our farmstand by following our Instagram page: https://www.instagram.com/momo_farmstand/
Buy a bouquet on our website
After years of having to simply email us or text us when you wanted a bouquet, we have finally have the option to buy a bouquet and add delivery on our website - yay! We deliver to Ridgefield, Vancouver, Battle Ground, Brush Prairie, and Portland. You can also pick up at the farm. Check out our shop to purchase a bouquet.
Did you know that a bouquet from MoMo makes a wonderful anniversary gift?! Especially if we did your wedding flowers!
Weddings
We are in full-on wedding season over here. We are designing from Wednesday afternoon - Friday evening and then going onsite to weddings most Saturdays and some other days of the week too! Going into year 7, we have a bounty of peonies for our June couples, which makes us so happy.
We have loved having couples and their friends and families at the farm for our DIY wedding workshops. Almost all our couples have chosen to come to the farm and learn about how to make floral designs. It is safe to say that we have the best couples in the world!
We are booking for 2026 so if you know someone getting married, please send them our way. It also earns you a bouquet as a thank you for referring them!
The Farm
We have had so many delightful wildlife sightings on the farm this spring / early summer. We had a deer that gave birth to two fawns in the tall grass and she’s been hanging out and eating apples and other delicacies. We have a heron that is hunting daily in our wetland. And on a farm walk last week, we even saw an owl take off from the Bigleaf Maple. So magical!
We hope that you and yours are happy and healthy.
Thanks, as always, for supporting our tiny flower farm!
